De modo geral se torna ruim devido a falta de funcionários. Mas é um ponto que pode ser resolvido. No mais um local muito bom para ir só ou em grupo, muito aconchegante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, atendimento horroroso, não prestam atenção no pedido e muito menos no endereço de entrega, ai efetua o pedido e só apos esta pronto e uma hora depois, é que eles te ligam pra dizer que não faz entrega no endereço que o cliente esta, total falta de respeito com o cliente, pessima experiência com esse estabelecimento, muito ruim essa megabite.
A megabite me ligou após eu entrar em contato perguntando o que aconteceu, isso uma hora após efetuar o pedido, e eu estava em Campina Grande e não em Queimadas, o que a megabite pra ficar ruim, precisa melhorar bastante.
Terrible, horrible service, they do not pay attention to the order and much less to the delivery address, then place the order and only after it is ready and an hour later, do they call you to say that they do not deliver to the address the customer is at, total lack of respect with the customer, very bad experience with this establishment, very bad this megabite.
The megabite called me after I got in touch asking what happened, that one hour after placing the order, and I was in Campina Grande and not in Queimadas, which the megabite to be bad, needs to improve a lot.
