★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cabo de rede na qual foi feito de qualquer forma, o mesmo não funcionava, até que outro técnico descobriu que as posições dos fios não estavam corretas...sem contar o péssimo atendimento telefônico...Não recomendo de forma alguma essa empresa.
I bought a network cable that was made in any way, it did not work, until another technician discovered that the positions of the wires were not correct ... not to mention the terrible telephone service ... I do not recommend this company at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho elogios infinitos a fazer a loja... Primeiro meu irmão comprou uma máquina bem robusta.. e fomos atendidos pelo Juarez desde o inicio .. A maquina ficou top !!.. teve só um problema com a fonte mas no outro dia levou na loja e foi trocada na hora e problema se resolveu ( fonte veio com defeito de fabricação ) ...Depois comprei um kit pra mim e o Juarez foi um excelente profissional ..já passei por vários técnicos e locais de informática e vou dizer nunca fui tão bem atendido em tudo quanto fui atendido na MegaBrasil ... o cara é mil !! super educado ..gentil ...honesto ..enfim ... meu PC ficou excelente..me surpreendi com a organização das peças no meu gabinete e dos cabos ..ficou outra máquina ... Pra quem tem duvidas a loja e o atendimento é mil ... nunca vi um profissional como o Juarez... Só tenho a agradecer !! Quanto aos preços... é padrão de mercado .. mas no meu caso devido a super-maquina montada no inicio consegui um bom valor pela manutenção e troca da minha plataforma antiga pra nova.. Mais uma vez obrigado e obrigado .. como bons profissionais fazem toda a diferença !! Podem ir sem medo .. !! Loja nota mil !!
I only have infinite compliments to make the store ... First my brother bought a very robust machine .. and we were attended by Juarez from the beginning .. The machine was top !! .. there was only one problem with the source but the other day took it to the store and it was changed on the spot and the problem was solved (source came with a manufacturing defect) ... Then I bought a kit for myself and Juarez was an excellent professional .. I have been to several technicians and computer sites and I will say I have never been as well attended at all as I was attended at MegaBrasil ... the guy is a thousand !! super polite ..gentil ... honest .. anyway ... my PC was excellent..I was surprised by the organization of the parts in my cabinet and the cables .. there was another machine ... For those who have doubts about the store and the service is a thousand ... I've never seen a professional like Juarez ... I can only be thankful !! As for the prices ... it is the market standard .. but in my case due to the super-machine assembled at the beginning I got a good value for the maintenance and exchange of my old platform for the new one .. Thanks again and thanks .. as good professionals make all the difference !! You can go without fear .. !! Store thousand note !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pode ser uma boa loja, porém, como assistência técnica tive uma experiência boa e outra desagradabilíssima. Levei meu notebook para manutenção da saída de som e não foi verificado nenhum problema de hardware, porém, a orientação foi formatar para reconfigurar a placa. Pedi para buscar o computador porque precisava terminar alguns trabalhos para entregar, fazer backup por ter fotos não salvas e depois devolveria para concluir a manutenção. Para minha surpresa, ao receber o computador de volta, ele não ligava mais. Depois de muita conversa e provar que foi um mau manuseio, conseguimos nos acertar.
Anteriormente já tinha feito manutenção no meu desktop e tudo correu bem em que foi detectado problema na fonte.
Então, recomendo para reparos que o técnico saiba como conduzir o conserto.
It may be a good store, however, as technical assistance I had a good experience and a very unpleasant one. I took my notebook for sound output maintenance and there was no hardware problem, however, the orientation was to format to reconfigure the card. I asked to pick up the computer because I needed to finish some work to deliver, back it up because I had unsaved photos, and then I would return it to complete the maintenance. To my surprise, when I got the computer back, it wouldn't turn on anymore. After a lot of talking and proving that it was bad handling, we managed to get it right.
Previously I had done maintenance on my desktop and everything went well when a problem was detected in the source.
So, I recommend for repairs that the technician knows how to conduct the repair.
