★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compre nesse lugar. Comprei um portão basculante que demorou 3 meses para chegar, sendo que o prazo era de 40 dias. Para instalar foi outra novela, veio uma equipe sem as ferramentas adequadas e foi feito tudo na improvisação, inclusive, não trouxeram a trava eletromagnética que paguei mais cara com promessa de segurança. Comprei em junho se 2021 e em outubro de 2021 achei que estava satisfeito com o portão. Hoje, 17/03/2022, faz 2 semanas que meu portão não funciona e não consigo assistência. A megadoors não consegue se organizar e dar uma resposta ao seu cliente de quando pode vir dar assistência. Muito irritado porque meu carro está na rua, justamente, porque não consigo abrir manualmente o portão com facilidade. Há momentos que é impossível.
Don't buy from this place. I bought a tilting gate that took 3 months to arrive, and the deadline was 40 days. To install it was another soap opera, a team came without the proper tools and everything was done in improvisation, including, they didn't bring the electromagnetic lock that I paid more expensive with the promise of security. Bought in June 2021 and in October 2021 I thought I was satisfied with the gate. Today, 03/17/2022, it's been 2 weeks since my gate doesn't work and I can't get assistance. megadors is unable to organize itself and give an answer to its customer when it can come to assist. Very irritated because my car is on the street, precisely, because I can't easily open the gate manually. There are times when it's impossible.
