★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, tanto na loja física quanto pelo WhatsApp que nem respondem. Acho que deveriam repensar a forma de tratar seus clientes, pois precisam deles pra manter as portas abertas.
Horrible service, both in the physical store and through WhatsApp that do not even respond. I think they should rethink how to treat their customers, as they need them to keep the doors open.

Very bad service provided by those attendants who are at the computer, they seem to be doing you a favor. Also the print quality is not as good for the amount charged.

Tentei enviar uma foto para o email deles, mas a funcionária sequer sabia abrir o email. Parava toda hora de editar uma foto para conversar com outro funcionário enquanto eu esperava. Desisti e fui embora sem atendimento!
Bad service, bad print quality!
I tried to send a photo to their email, but the employee didn't even know how to open the email. I kept stopping to edit a photo to chat with another employee while I waited. I gave up and left without service!
