★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre locamos material com eles, mas quando ligamos para reclamar dos andaimes entregues completamente sujos de massa ( e avisamos que seriam usados dentro de casa), a gerente se esquivou da responsabilidade , assumindo uma atitude defensiva e nada proativa: não temos pessoal pra limpar. Bom, entao não deveriam se propor a locar. Se locasse carros, teria que entrega- los limpos. Fica a dica!
We always rent material with them, but when we called to complain about the scaffolding delivered completely soiled with dough (and we warned that it would be used inside the house), the manager shied away from the responsibility, assuming a defensive and nothing proactive attitude: we have no staff to clean. Well, then they shouldn't be proposing to rent. If I rented cars, I would have to deliver them clean. Here's the tip!
