A primeira vez atrasou uma semana do prazo, não explicou direito as coisas, o produto veio em cores diferentes, a arte divergente e o tratamento bem desdenhoso.
Por recomendação de amigos em comum, decidi dar outra chance e foi pior ainda.
Me deram um prazo pra o serviço, não cumpriram, não deram satisfação e ainda ignoraram as msgs enviadas. Total desrespeito com o cliente. Estou muito decepcionado.
My experience was horrible with this company.
The first time was a week late, it didn't explain things right, the product came in different colors, the divergent art and the very scornful treatment.
At the recommendation of mutual friends, I decided to give it another chance and it was even worse.
They gave me a deadline for the service, did not meet, did not give satisfaction and still ignored the messages sent. Total disrespect for the customer. I am very disappointed.
