★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sr. Matheus é muito educado ao conversar com cliente, porém está muito longe de ter um bom atendimento ao cliente! Quando eu ligava era atendido e pedia para eu aguardar a ligação de retorno, o que infelizmente nunca aconteceu! Também por algumas vezes marcou de ir ao meu local para verificar o serviço que eu precisava , mas não comparecia e deixava meus pais ( idosos 77 anos /pai) aguardando- o ! Lamentável!
Eu acredito no potencial do Sr. Matheus, porém caso não comece a dar feedback para os seus clientes. certamente estará em breve com as portas de sua loja fechada! Espero que a empresa tome isso como uma crítica construtiva!
Sugestão: Procure um curso de excelência no atendimento ao cliente.
Mr. Matheus is very polite when talking to customers, but he is far from having good customer service! When I called, I was answered and asked to wait for the call back, which unfortunately never happened! Also, sometimes I scheduled to go to my place to check the service I needed, but I didn't show up and left my parents (aged 77 years old / father) waiting for him! Unfortunate!
I believe in the potential of Mr. Matheus, but if you don't start giving feedback to your customers. will certainly be soon with the doors of its store closed! I hope the company takes this as constructive criticism!
Suggestion: Look for a course of excellence in customer service.
