★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data 20/07/2017 fui buscar uma roupa de frio que comprei para minha cachorra, chegando no local a proprietária veio informar que não foi possível a troca e que cobraria um valor e que demoraria mais 1 mês pra chegar o produto, uma vez que estou aguardando a peça à mais de 30 dias. Não entrou em contato à mesma, pois sabia onde morava, me senti lesada, não perdi muito, mas ela perdeu uma Cliente e fora que não irei recomendar pra ninguém. MEGA CHATEADA!!!?
On 07/20/2017 I went to get a cold clothes that I bought for my dog, arriving at the place the owner came to inform that it was not possible to exchange and that would charge a value and it would take another 1 month to get the product, once I'm waiting for the piece for more than 30 days. She did not contact her because she knew where she lived, I felt injured, I did not lose much, but she lost a Client and I will not recommend it to anyone. MEGA CHATED !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha gata para tomar banho, o atendimento do Diego e da Dr. Cris é muito bom, pessoal bem informado e atencioso. Foi o primeiro banho que a Judi tomou depois que à adotei, pensa em uma gata que ficou cheirosa o brilhante, o filhote dela quase não a reconheceu rsrsrs, Recomendo.
I took my cat to bathe, the service from Diego and Dr. Cris is very good, well informed and attentive staff. It was the first bath that Judi took after I adopted her, think of a cat that smelled bright, her puppy hardly recognized her lol, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Já viram algum petshop se negar a dar banho e tosar cachorro com o pelo embaraçado?! Pois eu nunca vi! Meu cachorro veio de um passeio em uma chácara, tinha alguns embaraços de brincar no mato. Se negaram a cuidar dele. Ou seja pagamos petshop para isso, pois não temos tempo....se tivéssemos faríamos em casa de graça. Conclusão, levei em outro petshop que de prontidão aceitou meu cachorro sem nenhuma objeção.
Absurdo!!! Nem acreditei quando meu marido falou do ocorrido ( foi ele quem levou meu cachorro) ....isso é o mesmo que termos que lavar o cabelo pra irmos ao cabeleireiro....Estão dizendo ai embaixo que tosei em outro pet. Mentira. Nunca tosei meu animal, ele tem o pelo lindo. O outro petshop desembolou tudo, hidratou e deixou perfeito e cheiroso.
Terrible attendance! Have you ever seen a pet shop refuse to bathe and shave a dog with an embarrassed fur?! Because I never saw it! My dog came from a walk in a farm, he had some embarrassments of playing in the woods. They refused to take care of him. In other words, we pay a petshop for this, because we don't have time....if we had, we would do it at home for free. Conclusion, I took it to another petshop that promptly accepted my dog without any objection.
Absurd!!! I couldn't believe it when my husband talked about what happened (he was the one who took my dog) ....that's the same as having to wash our hair to go to the hairdresser....They're saying down there that I coughed on another pet. Lie. I never shaved my pet, he has beautiful fur. The other petshop unpacked everything, hydrated and left it perfect and fragrant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu Billy adora os meninos lá pra mim a maior avaliação e dada por ele pos nunca ele chegou em casa machucado ou estresado após um banho , já tive péssima experiência em outros lugares e tinha que levar ele pra Leopoldina em outro local que também gosto muito, mas o pet mel aqui do lado da minha casa onde o meu Billy é recebido muito bem e com amor, parabéns meninos pelo ótimo trabalho e atendimento
My Billy loves the boys there for me the highest rating and given by him pos he never came home hurt or stressed after a bath, I've had a bad experience in other places and I had to take him to Leopoldina in another place that I also like a lot , but the pet honey here next to my house where my Billy is received very well and with love, congratulations boys for the great work and service
