Passei por uma situação constrangedora quando comprei uma roupa de presente para minha neta e a mesma ficou pequena, estive na loja e a resposta foi simplesmente, "não faço troca". Aconselho a não comprarem nada para presente nesta loja, pois dificilmente para criança agente acerta o tamanho. Perdemos, agora vamos ter que comprar o presente em uma outra loja. Neste mesmo dia me deparei com outras pessoas com a mesma reclamação, portanto, não comprem.
