★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia eles e vim sem qualquer indicação, tive um tanto de receio no início, mas além de realmente conseguirem uma taxa de financiamento imobiliário muito melhor do que a do mercado, me ajudaram a agilizar muito todo o processo sem me dar qualquer custo ou trabalho adicional. Absolutamente o melhor jeito de financiar um imóvel ao meu ver. Acabei recomendando já para diversas outras pessoas.
I did not know them and I came without any indication, I had a bit of fear in the beginning, but besides actually achieving a much better real estate financing rate than the market, they helped me streamline the whole process without giving me any cost or work additional. Absolutely the best way to finance a property in my view. I've already recommended it to several other people.

Tive problemas de atendimento desde o início com o Roger (que pegou covid e não tinha nenhuma outra pessoa que pudesse me atender, simplesmente desligou o celular corporativo e fiquei sem notícias por dias). A empresa poderia ter transferido para outra pessoa. O envio de documentação, praticamente é você que faz 90% do trabalho, eles só conferem por cima, se você for organizado, não tem necessidade. FGTS é só imprimir os extratos e enviar ao banco, não tem novidade nenhuma. O Itáu pendenciou 4 vezes a ficha (não por culpa da MelhorTaxa, mas por erro do Itaú). A ficha estava certa, mas eles não tem poder dentro do Itaú ou dos bancos, ou seja, a fila de atendimento para você PF ou para a MelhorTaxa é a mesma, vai ter que esperar igual. Tive problemas e tive que falar com a Bruna, que é a genrete de atendimento. Ela não responde, quando responde, demora e não quer falar com vc via celular, só mensagem. Enfim, não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

I had problems and I had to talk to Bruna, who is the service manager. She doesn't answer, when she does, it takes too long and she doesn't want to talk to you via cell phone, just message. Anyway, I don't recommend it at all.
