★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar uma Melissa que comprei no Minas shopping, o gerente Felipe do clube da Melissa do shopping Estação, não quis trocar, sendo que era o mesmo modelo, tamanho e apenas cor diferente. Usou de grosseria, falta de educação, na frente de todos presente na loja, fiquei super constrangida e indignada com tamanha falta de educação e de respeito da parte do gerente. Disse que poderia trocar, mas não trocaria pelo simples fato de não querer. Eu nunca mais volto nessa loja, sem contar a má vontade da parte de uma das vendedoras.
I went to change a Melissa that I bought at Minas shopping, the manager Felipe from the Melissa's club at Estação shopping mall, he didn't want to change it, since it was the same model, size and just a different color. He used rudeness, lack of politeness, in front of everyone present in the store, I was super embarrassed and indignant with such lack of politeness and respect on the part of the manager. He said he could change it, but he wouldn't change it simply because he didn't want to. I never go back to that store, not to mention the badwill on the part of one of the salespeople.

Eu e minha família fomos expostos em público em meio a outros clientes que estavam na loja! Iremos recorrer de formas legais em via jurídica pelo constrangimento que foi causado em público !
A service denigrated by a man named store manager in which he refused to exchange a product simply because it was not his wish!
