★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos melhores lanches da região, somos clientes a vários anos, porém, nada justifica 2:10hs (Duas horas e dez minutos) para efetuar uma entrega (exceto um possível acidente do motoboy)
E se não bastasse, ainda quer justificar dizendo que é normal entre uma e duas horas aos fins de semana.
Pedimos muita comida via fast food, e NUNCA demorou mais de uma hora, somente na Mell.
Infelizmente perderam clientes e todas as nossas indicações que não foram poucas.

Infeliz é sua resposta, de gente bem ignorante que realmente não precisa de cliente, já deve estar rica e não aceita crítica, portanto ingula sua mísera porção de batata, ridículo e infeliz e a sua resposta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre amei o lanche e o açaí, o melhor que tem porém fiquei extremamente decepcionada com o pouco caso que fizeram comigo hoje, estou grávida, falei minha situação, disse que pagaria a mais pela taxa (e realmente pagaria o que fosse pra que pudesse ser atendida) e mesmo falando que pagaria se negaram a me vender, sei que o estabelecimento não tem obrigação nenhuma mais acho que empatia pelo próximo é algo que poderia ser levado em consideração, já perdi as contas de quantas vezes comprei no estabelecimento e agora grávida ficarei com desejo. Mais que Deus abençoe o trabalho de vocês sempre apesar da situação
