★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu odeio ter que ligar, não sei se o telefone de vocês não funciona direito, ou se são as pessoas que atendem e desligam. Toda a vez chama bastante ate alguém supostamente atender e deixar no mudo, e não volta a chamar e nem atender. Tem que refazer a ligação pra acontecer a mesma coisa até alguém realmente atender
 I hate having to call, I don't know if your phone doesn't work properly, or if it's the people who answer and hang up. Every time it calls a lot until someone supposedly answers it and leaves it on mute, and doesn't call or answer again. You have to re-call for the same thing to happen until someone actually answers

Peguei a peça e por enquanto está tudo em ordem.
O problema maior é o atendimento nota 0 de balcão, um lixo, cheio de vendedores mal educados e sempre te empurrando pra canto, nunca sabem de nada.
Se alguma dia eu precisar, prefiro que em enviem a peça por correios, é menos stressante.
I went to get mine that I bought online,
I took the piece and for now everything is in order.
The biggest problem is the 0-grade service at the counter, a garbage, full of rude salespeople and always pushing you to the corner, they never know anything.
If I ever need it, I prefer to send the piece by post, it's less stressful.

I bought a part for my car, cheaper than elsewhere... Maybe I got a little lucky... But overall I liked it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um par de batente e qdo entreguei ao mecânico e falei que paguei R$130,00 e ele disse-me que estava errado pois o preço seria metade. De fato ligamos em uma outra auto peças o preço da mesma peça era R$70,00. Ficou a lição de que o certo é cotar para depois comprar.
I bought a pair of stops and when I gave it to the mechanic and said I paid R$130.00 and he told me I was wrong because the price would be half. In fact we called another auto parts the price of the same part was R$70.00. The lesson was that the right thing is to quote and then buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mello is a very complete and competent Auto Parts store in the southern hood of São Paulo (5 minutes from the 2nd southern subway station "Conceição").
Prices are very competitive, almost as low as the renowned cheapest Auto Parts stores of the area (Parana peças), yet less crowded and with a more personal service.
