Um homem mau humorado, que não sabe ouvir e acha que é dono do Mundo. Fez acusações gravíssimas a Respeito do assunto do qual fomos tratar. Não está aberto ao diálogo. E tenho pena das pessoas das quais fazem contrato com essa Empresa.
I was badly treated and very humiliated by a gentleman who attended me. Because I think one of the owners should have a lot more education. A grumpy man who doesn't know how to listen and thinks he owns the world. He made very serious accusations regarding the matter we were dealing with. It is not open to dialogue. And I feel sorry for the people they contract with this Company.
