Demorei um pouco para fazer essa crítica pois realmente é um momento doloroso mais sempre que me perguntam eu falo tudo que ocorreu e como a OAF foi importante no processo. Eu realmente não lembro do nome dos funcionários só lembro o nome da atendente Paula, mas o motorista ( que dedicação, calma e paciência ) o senhor que me ajudou a arrumar minha mãe ( ele faria tudo sozinho mais atendeu ao meu pedido e me deixou ajudar ) muito atencioso, excelente no trabalho dele. Eu recomendo e só tenho a agradecer a OAF.
The most difficult moment of my life, but OAF answered all the questions I asked for and needed. The service very efficient. It took me a while to make this criticism because it really is a painful moment, more whenever I am asked, I talk about everything that happened and how OAF was important in the process. I really do not remember the name of the employees, I only remember the name of the attendant Paula, but the driver (what a dedication, calm and patience) the gentleman who helped me to fix my mother (he would do everything by himself but he answered my request and let me help ) very attentive, excellent at his work. I recommend it and I can only thank OAF.
