Solicitei um orçamento de conserto do bloco do motor, e falaram um valor x e aceitei, passaram se 2 dias falaram que abriram o motor e falaram que não dava para arrumar, falei que iria retirar o carro, então quiseram me cobrar R$800,00 por ter aberto o motor, (e em nenhum momento falaram desta taxa até pq não realizaram o serviço)... Bom decidi trocar o motor, não realizaram o serviço corretamente, alegaram que o meu módulo entrou em segurança e mandaram fazer o serviço sem autorização, e ainda colocaram programa errado, as velas do meu carro estavam novas e msmo assim solicitei a troca, colocaram 2 velas flex e 2 a gasolina e velas velhas... Resumindo o carro ficou pior do que foi, e as dores de cabeça não acabaram aí.... Estou esperando a NF. Até hj e nada, solicitei que olhassem o carro novamente e não fizeram... Enfim boca de porco
I do not recommend this company ever.... I requested a quote for repairing the engine block, and they said a value x and I accepted it, 2 days passed and they said that they opened the engine and they said that it was not possible to fix it, I said that I would remove the car, so they wanted to charge me R$800.00 for opening the engine, (and at no time did they mention this fee until they didn't perform the service)... Well I decided to change the engine, they didn't perform the service correctly, they claimed that my module came in in safety and they had the service done without authorization, and they still put the wrong program, my car's spark plugs were new and even so I requested the exchange, they put 2 flex candles and 2 gasoline and old candles... In short, the car was worse than that was, and the headaches didn't end there.... I'm waiting for the NF. Until today and nothing, I asked them to look at the car again and they didn't...
