★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapidez na separação de peças. O vendedor Marco Diego ótimo profissional é preciso e rapido no atendimento. O sistema telefônico da firma é que está ruim, muita demora pra atender e cai muito a linha. No geral muito bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei uma peças que nao entregaram, combinei de receber na sexta não recebi, liguei na segunda novamente prometeram entregar não recebi, hoje terça feira liguei para resolver e fui atendido pelo Paulo que simplesmente disse que o vendedor estava ocupado e desligou na minha cara, liguei mais de 8 vezes seguidos e todas as vezes ele atendia e colocava no gancho, tive que ir pessoalmente resolver chegue la o vendedor estava no balcão para atender normalmente, pois eu escutava desligando. Péssima empresa, reflexo desse funcionário Paulo mal instruido!
I ordered a piece that didn't deliver, I arranged to receive it on Friday I didn't receive it, I called on Monday again they promised to deliver I didn't receive it, today Tuesday I called to solve it and I was answered by Paulo who simply said the seller was busy and hung up on me, I called more than 8 times in a row and every time he answered and put it on the hook, I had to go personally to resolve it. Terrible company, a reflection of this poorly educated employee Paulo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz orçamento de uma peça por telefone, falaram que tinha a peça na unidade da rua Patrocínio, fui buscar, levei até a mecânica passando se uns minutos depois a mecânica ligou dizendo que a peça estava errada, até aí tudo bem. Liguei na Menil para pedir pra irem trocar a peça pra poder continuarem a troca na mecânica, mas fiquei um pouco mais de uma hora tentando falar com o vendedor, me deram uma canseira gigante até eu conseguir falar com o tal vendedor, isso me gerou perca de quase 1 de trabalho e gastos pq tive q ir levar a peça parae fazer o reembolso, não aceitei fazer a troca devido ao descaso comigo, por causa do tamanho da demora resolver meu problema.
Péssimo atendimento!
I made a quote for a part over the phone, they said they had the part at the unit on Patrocínio Street, I went to get it, took it to the mechanics and a few minutes later the mechanic called saying that the part was wrong, so far so good. I called Menil to ask them to change the part so that they could continue the exchange at the mechanics, but I spent a little more than an hour trying to talk to the seller, they gave me a huge amount of fatigue until I was able to talk to that seller, this caused me to lose of almost 1 of work and expenses because I had to take the piece to and make the refund, I didn't accept to make the exchange due to neglect with me, because of the length of the delay to solve my problem.
Terrible attendance!
