Até a gerente estava no meio dessa falta de proficionalismo !! Milhas filhas sempre compraram na Melissa agora fica difícil né? se sentindo indignada ??

Sem contar os modelos das Zatus que também são maravilhosos !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência, meu produto foi devolvido pelo correio, avisei na mesma hora que a notificação chegou. A loja me afirmou que eu estava errada, que não havia devolução, que era um lançamento errado do correio e que isso acontecia. Novamente outra notificação, entrei em contato e elas disseram que realmente estava voltando e que elas tinham mandando uma notificação para o correio e não havia tido resposta d que iriam mandar outra. Não me deram posição nenhuma, nem possível solução ou novo prazo, só diziam que a culpa é do correio e não era responsabilidade delas. Enfim, primeira e última compra, como delivery a loja é péssima.
Bad experience, my product was returned by mail, I notified it at the same time that the notification arrived. The store told me that I was wrong, that there was no return, that it was a wrong post and that it happened. Again another notification, I got in touch and they said that it was really coming back and that they had sent a notification to the post office and there had been no reply that they would send another one. They gave me no position, no possible solution or a new deadline, they just said that the fault is the post and it was not their responsibility. Anyway, first and last purchase, as delivery the store is terrible.
