Cometem um erro e não corrigem
Comprei duas vezes com eles; uma foi entregue corretamente. Usando essa boa experiência, fiz a recomendação aos amigos músicos e precisei fazer uma nova compra; O item veio errado, eles não fizeram a troca conforme combinado e estão se recusando a devolver a grana.

Levei meu notebook funcionando perfeitamente só prá colar o canto da carcaça do lado do botão liga-desliga só nesse serviço me cobrou 190 reais. Quando retirei o mesmo da loja chegando em casa percebi que não estava conectando internet pois não encontra rede de jeito nenhum. Liguei várias vzs em 2 números que me passaram e sem sucesso, mandei mensagens também sem sucesso,enviei email e não obtive nenhum retorno. Voltei na loja levando novamente o meu notebook, primeiro disse que seria o driver e que o serviço ficaria mais 150 reais, depois disse seria a placa de wi-fi que precisava trocar pois bem trocaram; depois o problema era vírus que precisaria limpar mas que iria demorar, e que a formatação seria mais rápida. Daí eu perguntei ao ALEX: Mas se formatar não vai perder nada dos meus arquivos néh?
Ele me respondeu com bastante clareza que eu ficasse tranquila que "NÃO IRIA PERDER NADA".
Resumindo:? Saí de lá aos prantos?sem saber o que fazer naquele momento. Perdi TUDO TUDO,TUDO!!
Foram tantas incertezas e incopetências de "profissionais" sem comprometimento. Não indico prá ninguém que ódio ?!!
Meu notebook é de trabalho.
Dirty, disorganized place and many uncertainties in service budgets. I took my notebook working perfectly just to glue the corner of the housing next to the on-off button, only for this service they charged me 190 reais. When I removed it from the store when I got home I realized that I wasn't connecting to the internet because there is no network at all. I called several times in 2 numbers that passed me and without success, I also sent messages without success, I sent an email and I did not get any response. I went back to the store taking my notebook again, first I said that it would be the driver and that the service would be another 150 reais, then I said it would be the wifi card that I needed to change because they changed well; then the problem was a virus that would need to be cleaned but that would take time, and that formatting would be faster. So I asked ALEX: But if you format it, you won't lose any of my files, right?
He answered me clearly enough that I was reassured that "WON'T MISS ANYTHING".
In short:? I left there in tears? not knowing what to do at that moment. I lost EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING!!
There were so many uncertainties and incompetence of "professionals" without commitment. I don't recommend it to anyone I hate ?!!
My notebook is for work.
