Ambiente agradável, pessoal educado e em 40 minutos minha moto estava impecável.

Fizeram muito rápido e a motoca saiu melhor do que da concessionária.

They did it very fast and the motorcycle came out better than the dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma Dafra MaxySym 400 e, ao retirar a moto, identifiquei que ela estava com algumas manchas brancas no banco e, segundo o proprietário, uma “sujeira” na carenagem. Era só lavar.
Quando cheguei em casa identifiquei que as manchas brancas eram na verdade tinta e a “sujeira” era um ralado.
Ao notificar o problema, o proprietário citou o contrato de compra e venda e informou que esse era um problema que eu deveria resolver, já que eu tinha visto isso na retirada da moto.
Esse tipo de atitude mostra a falta de comprometimento em honrar com seus compromissos e atender bem seus clientes. Não recomendo essa loja!

Isso não é verdade. Quando informei os custos de envio, de montagem e desmontagem, você se recusou a seguir com o conserto. Ainda sugeri o envio do recurso para fazer localmente, mas você se recusou. Se ainda tem interesse de se retratar e cumprir aquilo que prometeu, aguardo seu contato.
I bought a Dafra MaxySym 400 and, when I removed the bike, I identified that it had some white spots on the seat and, according to the owner, a “dirt” on the fairing. It was just washing.
When I got home I identified that the white spots were actually paint and the “dirt” was grated.
When notifying the problem, the owner cited the purchase and sale agreement and informed that this was a problem that I should solve, since I had seen this on the motorcycle pick-up.
This type of attitude shows a lack of commitment to honoring their commitments and serving their customers well. I do not recommend this store!

This is not true. When I told you the shipping, assembly and disassembly costs, you refused to go ahead with the repair. I still suggested submitting the resource to do locally, but you refused. If you are still interested in retracting and fulfilling what you promised, I await your contact.
