★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 kg de bucho de boi para o almoco, ao ferventar minha esposa achou que estava com um cheiro muito forte e apos 10 minutos retirei do fogo para limpar. Varios pedacos estavam com cor marrom e desfazendo como se ja estivesse pronto. Embalei tudo e fui ao mercado para trocar. Como grande parte ja estava limpa diminuiu o peso e funcionario disse que era bom que produto ficasse mole tao rapidamente e que o peso devolvido nao era compativel. Natural! O produto depois de ferventado e lavado perde peso. Voltei pra casa sem a troca porque estava sem a nota mesmo eles sabendo que a compra era procedente. Chegando em casa revirei o lixo para coletar os residuos do bucho e a nota de compra. Vou fotografar ou filmar e congelar e depois vou verificar quais meus direitos e qual providencia a tomar.
I bought 1 kg of ox tripe for lunch, when it boiled my wife thought it smelled very strong and after 10 minutes I removed it from the fire to clean it. Several pieces were brown in color and falling apart as if they were ready. I packed everything and went to the market to exchange. As a large part was already clean, the weight decreased and the employee said that it was good that the product became soft so quickly and that the weight returned was not compatible. Natural! The product after boiling and washing loses weight. I returned home without the exchange because I was without the note even though they knew that the purchase was valid. When I got home, I searched the garbage to collect the waste from the tripe and the purchase note. I will photograph or film and freeze and then I will check what my rights are and what steps to take.
