★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era meu açougue preferido, moro na rego freitas.mas as três últimas vezes, foi só decepção, a primeira tinha uma mosca, na minha, a segunda o rapaz com o dedo cortado colocou a carne que eu pedi pra moer sem luvas, hoje indo lá a carne está com um preço e ele me falou que era preço mais alto pq a carne estaria no lugar errado.nao volto nunca mais

But the last three times, it was just disappointment, the first one had a fly, in mine, the second the boy with the cut finger put the meat that I asked to grind without gloves, today going there the meat has a price and he told me it was a higher price because the meat would be in the wrong place.

A parede está queimada, tem fios elétricos expostos na caixa de energia, os produtos não devem estar bem conservados, porque a gente pôe a mão no balcão e não sente que está frio, nem suadas as vitrines estão, como é comum de a gente ver no açougue. O cheiro lá dentro não é dos mais agradáveis e o atendimento é pior ainda, muito ruim. Ô açouguezinho catinguento, sô! Passei lá na sexta feira pra comprar uma picanha pra fazer no Dia dos Pais e fiquei assustado com o que eu vi e senti. Nem comprei, lógico. Aí eu saí e fui no supermercado Madrid que fica quase em frente, o açougue deles lá é 5 estrelas, é top, tem o que você pedir e no Madrid o atendimento é cordial, digno e rápido.
Francamente, quem compra nesse açouguezinho badarosca aí, ou nunca esteve no local e só pede delivery, ou se esteve, deve ter um problema mental qualquer. Devia ser fechado pela vigilância sanitária.

I went there on Friday to buy a steak to make on Father's Day and I was scared by what I saw and felt. I didn't even buy it, of course. Then I left and went to the Madrid supermarket, which is almost opposite, their butcher shop there is 5 stars, it's top, there's what you can ask for and in Madrid the service is cordial, dignified and fast.
Frankly, whoever buys this little butcher shop there, or has never been to the place and only asks for delivery, or if he was, must have some mental problem. It had to be closed by the health surveillance.
