Tive um atendimento espetacular; com atendentes excepcionais; sem sombras de dúvidas isso não é exagero, pois no mundo que estamos vivendo hoje... Muitos se esqueceram de tratar as pessoas com a educação e respeito que elas merecem.
Inclusive a Jéssica; que me atendeu diretamente com uma educação fora do normal, vou ser bem sincera pra vcs; mesmo se a empresa não tivesse o melhor preço como ela tem, teria comprado lá do mesmo jeito, pois a muito tempo não sei o que é ser bem tratada como fui ontem.
Termino aqui agradecendo muito por tudo... E que VCS jamais mudem a maneira de trabalhar.
I was already a customer of the eyewear market, but now it's much better. I had spectacular service; with exceptional attendants; without a shadow of a doubt this is no exaggeration, because in the world we are living in today... Many have forgotten to treat people with the education and respect they deserve.
Including Jessica; who attended me directly with an unusual education, I will be very honest with you; even if the company didn't have the best price like it has, I would have bought there the same way, because for a long time I don't know what it's like to be treated as well as I was yesterday.

I've been a customer for many years, I made my first prescription glasses with them. The products are excellent, great value for money, but what really stands out is the service, very kind, helpful people and remarkable education. The consultant who answered me, Carol, is a sweetheart, as is the manager, very attentive and helpful. An establishment that I always recommend!
