★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detestei essa ótica, levei as lentes do meu óculos para ver uma armação compatível a mulher muito grossa deixou a minha lente de grau cair (só essa lente foi quase 1.000 reais) e ainda veio gozar da minha cara falando que esse tipo de material aguenta até tiro... Ahhh vá... Se ela trincasse a minha lente eu ia arrumar um barraco nessa ótica! Não indico pra ninguém péssimo atendimento...
I hated these optics, I took the lenses of my glasses to see a compatible frame, the very thick woman dropped my prescription lens (this lens alone was almost 1,000 reais) and even came to make fun of my face saying that this type of material can hold up to shot... Ahhh go... If she cracked my lens I would find a shack in this view! I don't recommend bad service to anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de 2 óculos em Julho/2021 desde entao começou meu inferno ... Os oculos de pessima qualidade , os parafusos soltam o tempo todo. Ou simplesmente a armação quebra . Ja gastei tempo e passagem indo a loja para que o problema seja solucionado . Hoje faz 17 dias que a armaçao do meu filho foi trocada e ja estou tendo problemas novamente . E após 30 dias de troca da armação do meu oculos simplesmente trincou ... Nos dois estamos sem óculos sem poder, pois temos problemas sérios de vista e precisamos dos óculos o tempo todo para enxergar ...Paguei a vista e so passo raiva. E quando vou na loja para ver se o problema é resolvido arrumam uma coreria para me colocar para fora da loja , com medo dos outros clientes verem o quanto é ruim o produto de vocês ... Não recomendo para ninguém....
I made the purchase of 2 glasses in July/2021 since then my hell started... The glasses of terrible quality, the screws loosen all the time. Or simply the frame breaks. I already spent time and time going to the store so that the problem is solved. It's been 17 days since my son's frame was changed and I'm already having problems again. And after 30 days of changing the frame of my glasses, it just cracked... We're both without glasses without power, because we have serious vision problems and we need the glasses all the time to see... I paid for the view and I'm only angry. And when I go to the store to see if the problem is solved, they find a rush to put me out of the store, afraid that other customers will see how bad your product is... I don't recommend it to anyone....
