Quase sempre encontro as peças que preciso lá.
Faço somente dois comentários:
1- Nunca se consegue falar com os vendedores pelo telefone principal da loja.
2- Ao se optar por pagar via pix, a confirmação do pagamento pode ser muito demorada. De fato me pediram para aguardar 15 minutos.
Quase desisti da compra, entretanto, ainda assim, valeu a pena aguardar
I've always enjoyed buying automotive parts at the Parts market.
I almost always find the parts I need there.
I only make two comments:
1- You can never talk to sellers on the store's main phone.
2- When choosing to pay via pix, the payment confirmation can take a long time. In fact, I was asked to wait 15 minutes.
I almost gave up on the purchase, however, it was still worth the wait

Reasonable service, but some employees lack more empathy, hot place doesn't have a waiting room, at least they didn't tell me anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar a troca dos amortecedores dianteiros nesta loja, pois estava com o barulho característico deste tipo de problema. Deixei o dia lá enquanto trabalhava. Paguei e levei o carro pra casa. Continuou com o mesmo barulho. 2 dias depois, fui lá novamente para reclamar com o gerente, e o mesmo me falou que precisava passar por uma avaliação pra ver o que tinha acontecido. Me mandaram trocar mais a bandeja e outra peça. Paguei quase 3 mil reais pelos 2 serviços. Novamente, continuou com o mesmo barulho. Continuou exatamente como estava antes de eu levar lá pela primeira vez.
Quando levei em outro mecânico, em torno de 30 dias depois, o mesmo abriu o carro na minha frente e mostrou que os amortecedores não prestavam mais, que estavam muito velhos, coisa que eu já tinha absoluta certeza. Ou seja, fui enganado.
Bastou trocar "de verdade" os amortecedores dianteiros que o problema foi resolvido. Desde então, o carro não fez mais nenhum tipo de barulho.
Este fato aconteceu um pouco antes da loja pegar fogo.
I went to change the front shock absorbers at this store, as I had the characteristic noise of this type of problem. I left the day there while I worked. I paid and took the car home. It continued with the same noise. 2 days later, I went there again to complain to the manager, and he told me that he needed to undergo an evaluation to see what had happened. They told me to change the tray and another piece. I paid almost 3 thousand reais for the 2 services. Again, it continued with the same noise. It remained exactly as it was before I took it there the first time.
When I took it to another mechanic, around 30 days later, he opened the car in front of me and showed that the shock absorbers were no longer good, that they were too old, which I was already absolutely sure of. In other words, I was deceived.
It was enough to change the "real" front shock absorbers that the problem was solved. Since then, the car has made no more noise.
This fact happened just before the store caught fire.
