A vendedora comentou que o produto era universal e que, portanto, serviria para todos os modelos e marcas de BB conforto.
Quando ganhamos o BB conforto, notamos que esta capa não se encaixava, com diferenças grosseiras na localização e quantidade de furos.
Fui solicitar na loja de Jundiai a troca e negaram, dizendo que eu tinha violado o produto abrindo os furos já existentes na capa. Vou explicar melhor: A capa vem com a localização dos furos do cinto de segurança previamente demarcados e você deve furar com o auxílio de um estilete ou algo do tipo para passar o sinto.
Por isso motivo não fizeram a troca do produto.
Na prática fui enganado pois a vendedora informou que o produto era universal. Quando fui aplicar já abri os furos e só notei da diferença quando de fato fui instalar.
A empresa agiu de forma amadora na venda, não informando que não poderia servir em determinados modelos.
Quero acreditar que não agiram de má fé, inclusive.
I bought a Comfort Baby Cover at the unit of this store in Jundiaí.
The seller commented that the product was universal and, therefore, would be suitable for all BB comfort models and brands.
When we won BB comfort, we noticed that this cover did not fit, with gross differences in the location and number of holes.
I went to the Jundiai store to exchange and they denied it, saying that I had violated the product by opening the holes already on the cover. I'll explain it better: The cover comes with the location of the holes in the seat belt previously marked and you must drill with the help of a stylus or something like that to pass the feeling.
That is why they did not exchange the product.
In practice, I was deceived because the seller informed me that the product was universal. When I applied, I already drilled the holes and only noticed the difference when I actually installed it.
The company acted in an amateur way in the sale, not informing that it could not serve in certain models.
I want to believe that they didn't act in bad faith, even.
