★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um supermercado tradicional do residencial Novo Mundo. não sei como funciona a política de treinamento dos funcionários mas acredito que há uma grande falha no mesmo, pois hoje fui com minha mãe e quando chegamos a padaria pedimos frios, no dia anterior minha mãe havia adentrado ao supermercado e comprado o frio por um valor, no outro dia já estava com outro valor quando minha mãe questionou a atendente a mesma agiu de uma forma ríspida e grosseira, dizendo que não tem culpa que atendente que estava no outro turno vendeu o produto por um preço errado, mas que ela vendia de acordo com o que a chefe dela orientava, se explicando de uma maneira que não havia necessidade, questionou a minha mãe se ela queria perguntar para dona do supermercado sobre a política de preços do mesmo, nós não temos o costume de fazer barraco em supermercado porque não vale a pena. Mas caso os donos do supermercado vejam este post peço que orientem seus funcionários a tratarem os clientes com o máximo de simpatia possível, compreendemos completamente que trabalhar com pessoas não é fácil e que nem sempre estamos nos nossos melhores dias mas acontece que devemos aprender a canalizar o estresse para cada situação no momento certo. A moça do caixa não nos pareceu muito simpática não disse nem um boa tarde A questão aqui não é a falta do boa tarde, é na verdade pequenas coisas que as pessoas (clientes) vão acumulando. A moça da padaria já me atendeu algumas vezes, e em todas, foi simpática.
Os preços são bons, o supermercado é bem localizado, evita a deslocação para o centro da região do Campo Grande, pq a qualidade dos produtos compete com os mercados de lá.

I do not know how the training policy of the staff works but I believe there is a big flaw in it, since today I went with my mother and when we arrived at the bakery we asked for cold, the day before my mother had entered the supermarket and bought the cold for a , the other day was already of another value when my mother questioned the attendant she acted in a harsh and rude way, saying that it is not guilty that the attendant who was on the other turn sold the product for a wrong price, but that it sold of according to what her boss advised, explaining herself in a way that was not necessary, asked my mother if she wanted to ask the owner of the supermarket about the price policy of it, we do not have the habit of making a shack in a supermarket because not worth it. But if the owners of the supermarket see this post ask them to direct their employees to treat customers with as much sympathy as possible, we fully understand that working with people is not easy and we are not always on our best days but it happens that we must learn how to channel the stress for each situation at the right time. The box girl did not seem very nice did not say a good afternoon. The issue here is not lack of good afternoon, it's actually little things that people (customers) are accumulating. The girl at the bakery has been a few times, and in all, she has been nice.
The prices are good, the supermarket is well located, it avoids the trip to the center of the Campo Grande region, because the quality of the products competes with the markets there.
