Que acabou danificando uma peça no motor por não ser o correto.
Estive no local e pedi q trocassem o copo levando junto o motor para não ter mais erros.
Foi qndo a pessoa q me atendeu informou q a peça do motor era q estava danificada.
Eu disse q sim, mais devido ao copo q danificou a mesma por ter vendido errado.
Não me deram garantia de nada foram ignorantes falando que não iriam ficar pobres por me darem uma peça de 50 reais e perguntou se era pq queria de graça.
Não quero nada degraca só quero garantia do que comprei.
Não recomendo acabei pagando novamente pela mesma peça que comprei e ainda tive que pagar pela outra que danificou.

I bought a glass for my blender and I was given the wrong glass.
That ended up damaging a part in the engine for not being the correct one.
I was in the place and asked q to change the glass taking along the engine to not have more errors.
It was when the person who answered me said that the engine part was damaged.
I said q yes, more due to the glass q damaged it by selling it wrong.
They gave me no guarantee of anything, they were ignorant saying that they would not be poor for giving me a piece of 50 reais and asked if it was because I wanted it for free.
I don't want anything free, I just want a guarantee of what I bought.
I don't recommend it, I ended up paying again for the same piece I bought and I still had to pay for the other one that damaged it.
Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato por telefone com o Sr. Leonardo para levar um equipamento pra trocar um cilindro, as peças ja estão comigo e estão dentro da garantia - And Lar.
Atendimento péssimo, não queria dar prazo pra ficar pronto, sendo que é apenas desparafusar e trocar o cilindro, disse que estava lotado de serviço e que nao conseguia na semana, só depois....depois quando?
Após insistir em ter um prazo específico ele disse 1 semana....
Preciso saber de data pra poder me programar....ou seja, quer quer, não quer se vire....lamentável.

Bad service, did not want to give deadline to be ready, and just unscrew and replace the cylinder, said it was full of service and could not the week, only later .... later when?
After insisting on having a specific deadline he said 1 week ....
