★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em casa já somos clientes a anos desse açougue, estive na loja no dia 31/10/21 por volta das 11:00 hrs, solicitei minhas carnes, e percebi uma desorganização na fila, todos misturados, ou seja, dois caixas funcionando sem ter nada informando PREFERENCIAL.
Isso é um desrespeito aos nossos idosos, por fim chegou minha vez, caixa mau educada, nem olha em nosso rosto, não dá um bom dia, parecendo um favor que está prestando.
Saindo tirei fotos, e não de nenhum cliente nem funcionário, assim como nas avaliações aqui tem várias fotos e incluindo pessoas, fui abordada pelo segurança dizendo que teria que apagar as fotos, mostrei que não estava tirando de clientes nem funcionários, ele disse que era o trabalho dele que o dono não permitia.
Aonde está a leia que não pode tirar fotos do estabelecimento!?
Frequento vários lugares e sempre tirei e nunca fui solicitada a apagar.
Se não posso, existe algo errado e muito nesse açougue, se não há nada errado não tem porque eles temerem.
Pior, segurança com cheiro de cachaça, máscara abaixo do nariz, argumentei com ele, porém sei que recebe ordens, mas não justifica a chamada de atenção, falei pro mesmo, engraçado cadê o supervisor para organizar a fila e fazer as devidas separações? Há alguns quesitos aqui a serem melhorados, temos direitos como consumidor.
Por fim apaguei minhas fotos na frente dele, mas minha opinião desse açougue é péssimo, não respeitam os clientes, várias situações erradas e querem ter razão sem respeito os direitos e deveres.
Posso não anexar fotos aqui, mas nunca deixaria de posicionar minha avaliação e indignação como cliente do estabelecimento.
Atenção pessoal, ao frequentar esse açougue observe mais e analisem, não aceitem nenhum tipo de desrespeito

This is disrespectful to our seniors, at last it's my turn, rude cashier, doesn't even look us in the face, doesn't say a good day, looking like a favor she's doing.
Leaving I took pictures, not of any client or employee, as well as in the evaluations here there are several pictures and including people, I was approached by the security guard saying that I would have to delete the photos, I showed that I was not taking it from clients or employees, he said it was his work that the owner did not allow.
Where is the read that you cannot take photos of the establishment!?
I frequent several places and I always took it off and I was never asked to delete.
If I can't, there's something wrong and a lot in this butcher shop, if there's nothing wrong, there's no reason for them to fear.
Worse, security with the smell of cachaça, mask under my nose, I argued with him, but I know he takes orders but doesn't justify the call to attention, I told himself, funny, where is the supervisor to organize the queue and make the necessary separations? There are some issues here to be improved, we have rights as a consumer.
Finally I erased my photos in front of him, but my opinion of this butcher shop is terrible, they don't respect customers, several wrong situations and want to be right without respect for rights and duties.
I may not attach photos here, but I would never fail to place my assessment and indignation as a customer of the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj compre uma costela pois o preço que está na frente do produto $21.99k quando paguei vi na nota $24.99 fui perguntar pro gerente pois ele tirou a placa de preço e disse que não era do preço enfim não fez o preço que estava na frente do preço e ainda tirou onda com minha cara.
