★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os segurancas sao os mais grossos possíveis. Não sei se isso é uma qualidade necessária para se exercer essa profissao ou nao, mas para nós que estamos no outro lado não e agradável. Talvez essa seja mesma a intenção deles e de quem os paga. Os funcionários do atendimento da guarita são até certo ponto solicitos, mas falam rápido demais, como se nós ja frequentassemos a estrutura ha anos. O audio que sai do equipamento do vidro blindado é horrivel. Falam termos que nao estamos habituados, o que gera confusao. Os funcionarios dos galpoes achei eles mais simpaticos e prestativos. Enfim, chego a conclusao de que se quer uma tarde feliz agradável e com sorrisos e boa vontade de todos, vá para a Disney x)
The security guards are as thick as possible. I do not know if this is a necessary quality to practice this profession or not, but for us who are on the other side it is not pleasant. Perhaps that is exactly what they intend and who pays them. Guardhouse service employees are requested to a certain extent, but speak too quickly, as if we have been attending the structure for years. The audio coming out of the armored glass equipment is horrible. They speak terms that we are not used to, which creates confusion. The warehouse workers found them more friendly and helpful. Anyway, I come to the conclusion that if you want a pleasant happy afternoon and with smiles and goodwill from everyone, go to Disney x)

Compramos um carregador para triciclo elétrico afim de atender paciente pós COVID em UTI por 18 dias, o vendedor postou em 02/05 , deram prazo de 07 a 12/05 onde colocamos sempre uma pessoa atenta a entrega , não cumpriram o prazo dia 12/05 e ainda colocar o " status " o motivo que o cliente não estava ! É uma grande falta de respeito . Temos o endereço completo , telefone para contato ,interfone ,câmeras de vigilância ...que decepção para uma necessidade tão relevante em fisioterapia , ainda culpar o cliente ? No " jargão " jogaram para cima , deram baixa como pendência para o cliente .
Decepcionado . Agora é de 12 a 27/05 e o pior o CDL é no meu município , mercado livre tem frota própria , terceiros e usa a estatal correios também na operação.

We bought a charger for an electric tricycle in order to attend patients after COVID in the ICU for 18 days, the seller posted on 05/02, they gave a deadline from 07 to 05/12 where we always put a person attentive to delivery, they did not meet the deadline on 12 / 05 and still put the "status" the reason that the customer was not! It is a great lack of respect. We have the full address, contact phone, intercom, surveillance cameras ... what a disappointment for such a relevant need in physiotherapy, yet to blame the client? In "jargon" they threw it up, dropped it as a pending issue for the client.
Disappointed. Now it is from 12 to 27/05 and the worst CDL is in my municipality, the free market has its own fleet, third parties and also uses the state-owned postal service in the operation.
