★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra na ELETROTOTALELETROTOTAL através do Mercado Livre e entregaram um produto diferente do comprado. Agora o ônus da devolução é meu. Maior dificuldade, total falta de comunicação!! A responsabilidade do erro não é minha. Isso se foi erro mesmo, pode ter sido má fé!
 I made a purchase at ELETROTOTALELETROTOTAL through Mercado Livre and they delivered a different product than the one purchased. Now the onus of return is mine. Biggest difficulty, total lack of communication!! The error is not my responsibility. That if it was a mistake, it could have been bad faith!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 5 compras pelo Mercado Envios (Full e supermercado), tive problema em 5:
1- produto frágil de supermercado danificado;
2- atraso na entrega;
3- cancelamento de item;
4- envio de produto de marca inferior ao comprado;
5- cancelamento total de um pedido de 12 itens de supermercado.
Mercado Envios não tem com quem reclamar, só tem o contato do vendedor que culpa o ML.
Definitivamente, itens de supermercado não tem como comprar, não tem como confiar num sistema com tantas falhas.
In 5 purchases by Mercado Envios (Full and supermarket), I had problems in 5:
1- fragile supermarket product damaged;
2- delay in delivery;
3- item cancellation;
4- shipment of a product with a lower brand than the one purchased;
5- Total cancellation of an order of 12 grocery items.
Mercado Envios has no one to complain to, they only have the contact of the seller who blames ML.
Definitely, supermarket items cannot be bought, there is no way to trust a system with so many flaws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 20/01 realizei a compra: # 1000002100000684 de uma Creatina Max Titanium 150g Em Pó com a data de entrega no mesmo dia, como isso não aconteceu em 2 dias eu abri uma reclamação no mercado livre mas fiquei mais 2 dias sem resposta então decidi encerrar a reclamação para pode cancelar a compra e pode comprar em outro lugar, porém o sistema do mercado livre não permitiu que cancelasse desde desse dia venho entrando em contato com o mercado livre e o vendedor e um fica jogando o problema para o outro, o vendedor Body Builders Loja oficial alega que todos os seus produtos são enviados pelo mercado envios e devo resolver essa situação direto com o mercado livre, 3 atendentes via chat do mercado livre alegam que preciso abrir uma nova reclamação com o vendedor, porém conforme prints de telas não consigo abrir uma novar reclamação pelo site, a página fica indisponível e pelo aplicativo o sistema alega que minha reclamação já está encerrada e até então estou sem receber minha compra a 14 dias!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada, fuz uma compra no valor de 1.002,00 reais no mercado livre, tudo deveria ser antregue até o dia 31/12/21, hoje já é dia 3 de janeiro de 22, e até agora ninguém me respondeu, nao há número de telefone no site, minha máquina de lavar e secar roupa está parada desde o dia 19 de dezembro aguardando a entrega do produto e até agora nada, nem satisfação. Como pode uma multinacional que não responde seu cliente??

Sempre comprei no mercado livre e já mais tive problema algum, só que do nada a mais ou menos 1ano e 8 meses fui bloqueado, dizendo q violei algo, isso não procedi, pois sempre comprei e nunca tive problemas com as minhas mercadoria. Desde então, não consigo nem redefinir minha senha. Impossível entrar em contato com eles, seja e-mail, fone, etc. Totalmente insatisfeito. Já tentei de todas as maneiras possíveis falar com a entidade mas não consigo.

I've always bought on the open market and I've had no more problems, but out of nowhere for about 1 year and 8 months I was blocked, saying I violated something, I didn't, because I always bought and never had problems with my merchandise.
