As lojas que tem, há bom atendimento e tem variedades de coisas.
Há 2 caixas eletrônicos, entrada p o sacolão e acesso a lotérica.
Bem localizado, em uma das avenidas principais do bairro, fácil acesso tanto de transporte público como particular.

There are 2 ATMs, entrance to the grocery store and access to the lottery.
Well located, on one of the main avenues in the neighborhood, easy access by both public and private transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não sei o porquê do "Municipal", mas enfim, vamos às avaliações:
Sacolão: Preços altos, produtos de baixa qualidade.
Restaurante: Comida gostosa, preço na média.
Açougue: Preços na média, produtos razoáveis ( Atenção ao comprar o picadão de pernil pois vem muita gordura)
Lotérica: Lugar apertado, atendimento demorado e sempre tem fila ( todos os dias)
Casa de ração: Preços na média, ótimo atendimento.
Obs que existem outras lojas, porém não posso avaliar por enquanto.
I honestly don't know why "Municipal", but anyway, let's go to the evaluations:
Bag: High prices, low quality products.
Restaurant: Delicious food, average price.
Butcher: Average prices, reasonable products (Be careful when buying the minced ham because there is a lot of fat)
Lottery: A tight place, long service and there is always a queue (every day)
Feed house: Average prices, great service.
Note that there are other stores, but I can't evaluate it for now.

Cachorros de rua ficam lá dentro atrapalhando o acesso das pessoas.Mendigos e usuários de drogas na porta ou ao redor do estacionamento...Horti-frutti de lá fraquinho.Alias nem o nome de mercado municipal deveria levar...Agora pontos positivos: caixas eletrônicos, local para almoçar e tem uma mercearia dentro que tem diversas opções de chás e produtos naturais...Estruturalmente não gosto do espaço...O banheiro então é um lixo...
Could be better. Street dogs stay inside, blocking people's access. Beggars and drug users at the door or around the parking lot... Horti-frutti from there weak. ATMs, a place for lunch and there is a grocery store inside that has several options of teas and natural products... I don't really like the space...
