★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é sempre gentil e prestativo, a veterinária explica direitinho nossas dúvidas, o banho é muito bom, tanto o rapaz do transporte quanto os profissionais do banho. Me mudei pra Guarulhos, mas mesmo assim continuo levando minha pet pra consulta lá.
Recomendo.

Porque eu não queria passar o cachorro na consulta, queria só comprar um antialérgico ela foi grosseira mostrou o remédio com muita má vontade!!! Falou que remédio tem que ser com prescricao da veterinária? Quando vou na farmácia compro até para mim sem prescrição médica como assim?
Fui na Rocão e comprei o remédio compreiiii viu eu não estava pedindo de graça eu estava pagando e sai da loja me sentindo mal com o atendimento!!! Não volto nessa loja nem se for a última opção é não dou mais banho no meu pet também, atendimento é tudo isso conserva os clientes e os elogios!
Talvez colocar alguém que queira trabalhar para atender o público!

I went to Rocão and bought the medicine compriiii saw I was not asking for free I was paying and left the store feeling bad with the service !!! I don't come back to this store even if it is the last option, I don't give my pet a bath too, customer service is all that keeps customers and praise!
Maybe put someone who wants to work to serve the public!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje entrei em contato com a loja para compra e entrega da ração da minha pet, porém no atendimento, quem estava me atendendo demorou muito a responder, como falaram que ainda estavam fazendo entregas não me preocupei, quando consegui explicar pra pessoa o que eu precisava, fui informado que tinham encerrado as entregas e que se quisesse me entregariam só no outro dia. Reforcei que eles tinham demorado a responder e o gerente me mandou um áudio cheio de razão falando que tinham respondido em 3 minutos, sendo que teve demora de até 20 minutos na conversa. Enfim, fiquei sem ração e mudei de fornecedor, não pela disponibilidade de entrega, mas pelo falta de empatia e efetividade na comunicação.
