★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como é possível uma única pessoa estragar a experiência de atendimento? Há uma funcionária ( jovem), às vezes, é deslocada para atender no caixa: nunca vi tanta má vontade, inconveniência, falta de cuidado, derruba tudo, não sabe preço...pra ser classificada como ruim, ela teria que melhorar, é péssima!!! As demais são atenciosas. Por conta de três experiências desagradáveis com a mesma funcionária, não pretendo voltar, claro, nem se darão conta, mas não sou obrigada, há outras opções.
How is it possible for a single person to spoil the service experience? There is an employee (young), sometimes she is sent to attend the cashier: I have never seen so much ill will, inconvenience, lack of care, she knocks everything over, she doesn't know the price... to be classified as bad, she would have to improve, yeah terrible!!! The others are considerate. Due to three unpleasant experiences with the same employee, I don't intend to go back, of course, nor will anyone realize, but I don't have to, there are other options.
