At the last minute the delivery time changes, no one answers the phones, the delivery time is too long. I tried twice and was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Efetuei uma compra, estava fora da cidade do Rio, e depois de um dia todo aguardando, fui informado que não poderia ser entregue pois é considerada área perigosa. Um dia todo pra ser informado.
I do not recommend. I made a purchase, I was out of the city of Rio, and after a whole day of waiting, I was informed that it could not be delivered because it is considered a dangerous area. A whole day to be informed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Fiz um pedido dia 30/4, eles prometem entrega no dia seguinte. Hj dia 3/4 eles informaram que virão entregar, mas com vários itens faltando. 3 dias pra informar indisponibilidade de itens... cancelei o pedido. Não recomendo.
Awful. I placed an order on 4/30, they promise next day delivery. Today 3/4 they informed that they will deliver, but with several items missing. 3 days to inform unavailability of items... I canceled the order. I do not recommend.
