Péssima, atendimento horrível, atendentes que te tratam como se fosse um lixo, são arrogantes, ignorantes, não aceitam estar errados, sempre te dá uma resposta mal educada. Se você não quer ter dor de cabeça, fuja dessa imobiliária. O laudo de vistoria não condiz com a realidade do imóvel e quando você o entrega, cobram valores exorbitantes e super faturados pela tinta e mão de obra do pintor. Resumindo, a pior do Vale do Aço.
Like the 99.9% of people here, I don't recommend this real estate agency to anyone. Terrible, horrible service, attendants who treat you as if you were rubbish, are arrogant, ignorant, do not accept being wrong, always give you a rude answer. If you don't want to have a headache, run away from this real estate agency. The inspection report does not match the reality of the property and when you hand it over, they charge exorbitant amounts and are super billed for the painter's paint and labor. In short, the worst in the Steel Valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Para completar, onde já se viu o fiador ter que ser apenas do Vale do Aço. Daí uma empresa renomada de SP não consegue alugar um imóvel porque o fiador é um empresário de SP. Lamentável, mas ok, é a política da empresa.
Espero que outros clientes tenham mais sorte.
Terrible attendance. To complete, where the guarantor has to be only from Vale do Aço. Hence, a renowned company in SP cannot rent a property because the guarantor is a businessman from SP. Regrettable, but ok, it's company policy.

Atendimento e gestão de péssima qualidade, além de dar opção de pagamento somente em dinheiro ou boleto, mas preferem no dinheiro, o que é estranho nos dias de hoje com tantas opções de pagamento. Também gostam de cobrar reparos no imóvel que não são cabíveis.
Bad real estate. I don't recommend it to anyone. Poor quality service and management, in addition to offering payment options only in cash or bank slip, but they prefer cash, which is strange these days with so many payment options. They also like to charge for repairs to the property that are not applicable.

São desorganizados, tem funcionaría muito mal educada e ríspida, fazem cobraças absurdas após entrega do imóvel, agem com má vontade e ainda mentem na cara dura! Conselho de quem ja foi e se arrependeu. Não vale a sua paz!

Precisava mudar minha filha pra Ipatinga por questões de trabalho e estudo. O primeiro atendimento foi muito bom. Depois virou uma dor d cabeça. Não ligavam, eu tinha que ficar ligando. Enrolaram com a entrega das chaves. Eu já estava com a mudança de minha filha em Ipatinga e ainda levaram um dia inteiro para entregar as chaves.
Cuidado com o contrato!!! No meu primeiro atendimento foi-me dito que poderíamos fazer um contrato de um ano. Com a mudança no carro e minha filha precisando se instalar, apareceram com um contrato de vigência maior e alegaram que não faziam contratos com tempo menor. Só aí entendi porque enrolaram para entregar chaves e contrato com antecedência.
O atendimento também é ruim. Sempre fui atendido por um funcionário diferente que alegava não ter as informações tratadas com o outro funcionário.
Tive que ficar com o apartamento devido a exiguidade de tempo, mas, recomendo muita cautela para não caírem no engodo que me acometeu.
Se você for de outra cidade distante do Vale do Aço, saiba que eles exigem fiador do Vale do Aço. Se você não conhece ninguém na região, você terá problemas.
Exigem muito mais do que oferecem.
I recommend caution! I was very angry with this company.
I needed to move my daughter to Ipatinga for work and study reasons. The first service was very good. Then it became a headache. They didn't call, I had to keep calling. They messed up with handing over the keys. I already had my daughter's move in Ipatinga and they still took a whole day to deliver the keys.
Beware of the contract!!! On my first visit, I was told that we could do a one-year contract. With the car moving and my daughter needing to settle in, they came up with a longer term contract and claimed they didn't do shorter term contracts. Only then did I understand why they were involved in delivering keys and contract in advance.
The service is also bad. I was always attended by a different employee who claimed not to have the information dealt with by the other employee.
I had to keep the apartment due to the lack of time, but I recommend being very careful not to fall into the lure that befell me.
If you are from another city far from Vale do Aço, know that they require a guarantor from Vale do Aço. If you don't know anyone in the region, you will have problems.
They demand much more than they offer.
