Porém não tive uma boa experiência em minha última visita nesse estabelecimento.Era fim de tarde e chovia,eu estava de moto e decidi ir a esse estabelecimento comprar um lanche para levar para o trabalho.Eu estava com aquelas capas de chuva que os motociclistas usam,e como estava chovendo, consequentemente eu estava molhado.Pois bem,ao tentar adentrar o estabelecimento fui impedido pelo proprietário de entrar,sob a alegativa que eu iria molhar todo estabelecimento.Na hora eu nem acreditei no que acontecia.Um comerciante, impedindo um cliente de entrar para comprar em seu estabelecimento.Mais foi isso que aconteceu.Nunca na minha vida,me senti tão constrangido.Porém dei meia volta e fui embora sem nada comprar.E nunca mais pisei lá,e nem pisarei enquanto lembrar.Sei que o estabelecimento é dele,mais achei um absurdo o que ele fez.Espero que outras pessoas não passem por isso.
E por conta dessa situação eu não indico esse mercantil para nenhum conhecido meu.
Respeito ao cliente é tudo.
Espero que esse comerciante mude alguns de seus conceitos!
The staff are super attentive, and provide great service.
But I did not have a good experience on my last visit at this establishment. It was late afternoon and it rained, I was on a motorcycle and decided to go to this establishment to buy a snack to take to work. I was with those raincoats that motorcyclists use , and as it was raining consequently I was wet. Well, when trying to enter the establishment I was prevented by the owner from entering, under the allegation that I would wet every establishment. At the time I did not even believe what happened. A trader, customer to enter to buy in his establishment.More that is what happened.Never in my life, I felt so embarrassed.But I turned around and went away with nothing to buy.And I never stepped there again, and I will not step on it while I remember.I know that the establishment is his, but I find it absurd what he did. I hope other people do not go through this.
And because of this situation I do not indicate this mercantile to any of my acquaintances.
Respect for the customer is everything.
I hope this merchant changes some of his concepts!
