Eu: você é a Mércia (pq afinal, nem parecia um conta comercial)? Ela: sim. Eu: estou vendo uma casa pra alugar com seu contato na folha (... Não vou citar aonde), está disponível? Ela: não. São kitnet. Eu: ah sim, obrigada.
Ela poderia ter respondido: sim, sou Mércia, posso ajudar?
Depois: não está disponível, mas você procura casa, apartamento, kitnet? Tem interesse apenas na Nova Marabá? Tem alguma folha da sua preferência?
Enfim, espero que ela melhore o atendimento, por que desanimou bastante.
