★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi muito boa neste lugar. Chegamos quase no fim de expediente e mesmo assim fomos muito bem atendidos. O vendedor Alexandre foi muito prestativo e nos tirou diversas dúvidas. Os produtos são bons, com preços acessíveis. Tem estacionamento gratuito. Vale a pena conhecer os produtos.
My experience was very good in this place. We arrived almost at the end of the working day and we were still very well attended. The salesperson Alexandre was very helpful and answered a lot of questions. The products are good, with affordable prices. It has free parking. It is worth knowing the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é boa, bastante variedade de produtos (muito embora eu não tenha encontrado o que procurava).
Com relação ao atendimento, acredito que os funcionários só se preocupam em atender clientes que efetuarão compras de alto valor. Passei por vários vendedores e nenhum sequer se prestou a oferecer ajuda.
Os empacotadores e a senhora do caixa, por sua vez, são pessoas muito gentis.
Infelizmente deixo de dar uma recomendação positiva porque não é possível que ante tantas mudanças que o mundo enfrenta, você ainda seja julgado pela roupa que veste, idade que aparenta ter ou ocupação profissional.
The store itself is good, quite a variety of products (although I didn't find what I was looking for).
With regard to service, I believe that employees are only concerned with serving customers who will make high-value purchases. I passed several vendors and none of them was even willing to offer help.
The packers and the cashier, on the other hand, are very kind people.
Unfortunately, I fail to give a positive recommendation because it is not possible that in the face of so many changes that the world faces, you will still be judged by the clothes you wear, age you appear to have or professional occupation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local tem bastante variedade, e o produto que estávamos procurando estava com preço bastante atrativo.
Porém, o atendimento deixa muito a desejar; fomos dia 29.12.2020 e o vendedor praticamente se recusou a fazer a venda, alegando que era 16:30 horas e que o estoque fecharia às 17:00 horas, e não daria tempo de retirarmos a compra. Falamos de voltar no dia seguinte, e ele disse que provavelmente eles não iriam abrir. Voltamos no dia 30.12.2020 pela manhã (aproximadamente 11:00 horas) e a loja estava aberta, e fomos atendidos pelo mesmo vendedor. Realizamos a compra e fomos buscar o produto e, no estoque, fomos informados que ficariam abertos até às 18:00 horas, e que no dia seguinte também ficaram até este horário.
Nitidamente, foi muita má vontade. Acreditamos que eles não fazem questão de fazer pequenas vendas, embora o lugar não seja apenas comércio atacado, mas varejo também.

We returned on the 30.12.2020 in the morning (approximately 11:00 am) and the store was open, and we were served by the same seller. We made the purchase and went to get the product and, in stock, we were informed that they would be open until 18:00, and that the next day they would also stay until this time.
Clearly, it was very unwilling. We believe that they do not make a point of making small sales, although the place is not just wholesale, but retail as well.
