Causando uma situação constrangedora.
Vou enviar todos para uma clinica que os atenda ,dentro do nosso convênio.
Terrible service, they abused dental uni's client, saying that our plan does not pay enough for the clinic.
Causing an awkward situation.
I'll send everyone to a clinic that serves them, within our agreement.

The secretariat service itself is great, now the professional who answered me didn't even solve my problem but created another one. Now I'll have to spend more on another professional to see if it solves what's bothering me.
