Beautiful beach. A wonderful corner between Vila Velha and Guarapari, too bad the tents don't have bathrooms. The stallholders, when questioned, suggest using "Marnheiro". Just kidding.

Praia da Sereia is at the northern end of Guarapari, bordering Vila Velha.
It was named after a sculpture with the mythical figure of a mermaid on the beach.
The sculpture was the way a businessman and resident found to honor his daughters and the local women.
From the lookout, there is a panoramic view of the place consisting of coconut trees, rocks and calm sea that, at low tide, makes visible the famous coral pools.
At the waterfront, simple tents sell snacks to visitors and locals.
