Very expensive, product under warranty does not exchange, staff makes a negligence after the purchase has a better place to buy, I suggest, There is Paris electrical material, Dicico, Bandini etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja hoje 08/07/2021, as 17:28 pois pensei que fechava as 18hrs como a outra!17:28 o guarda patrimonial da SOS , mal educado, despreparado e intransigente disse que a loja fechava as 17:30 e que o sistema ja estava encerrado!..Mostrei o horario do meu celular!Se fecha as 17:30 ainda nao tenho 2 minutos para entrar,?Por fim..Ele disse que o sistema estava encerrado.Talvez ele tenha dupla funçao Guarda e Gerente da Loja!Sempre comprei na loja, nunca, nunca tive problema mas hoje foi uma visita a ser esquecida!META..Cobrar da SOS uma melhor capacitação e educaçao dos colaboradoes!
I arrived at the store today 07/08/2021, at 5:28 pm because I thought it closed at 6 pm like the other! 5:28 pm the SOS property guard, rude, unprepared and intransigent, said that the store closed at 5:30 pm and that the system was already closed! I showed my cell phone time! If it closes at 5:30 pm I still don't have 2 minutes to log in? Finally... He said the system was closed. Maybe it has a dual role Guard and Manager da Loja! I always bought at the store, never, never had a problem but today was a visit to be forgotten! META.. To demand from SOS a better training and education of employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização e amplo estacionamento. Variedade de produtos com valores razoáveis mas sem grandes promoções. Loja para pequenas compras emergenciais pois o atendimento é HORRÍVEL! Os vendedores ficam conversando entre si e precisa implorar para ser atendido. Americana tem lojas melhores mas, se precisar de preço e bom atendimento, tem que sair para Campinas ou Piracicaba.
Good location and ample parking. Variety of products with reasonable prices but without great promotions. Shop for small emergency purchases because the service is HORRIBLE! Sellers are talking to each other and need to beg to be served. Americana has better stores, but if you need price and good service, you have to go to Campinas or Piracicaba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi incrível, estou terminando a minha casa e fui até este local por indicação para fazer a compra dos materiais elétricos, chegando lá tive o prazer de ser atendido um rapaz super atencioso se não me engano o nome dele é Natan, eu sendo leigo e não sabendo os nomes técnicos dos materiais mesmo assim ele conseguiu conversar comigo na minha linguagem e além do mais me dando novas ideias que eu não imaginava que era possível, eu saí de lá realizado e com fé que ainda existe pessoas que realmente tem interesse , educação e um bom preparo para atender o cliente seja ele qual for desde o profissional que conhece tudo até o leigo que está se esforçando para fazer sua própria casa , para mim não existe outro lugar e muito menos outro vendedor!!! é Natan na cabeça ! e Meta no coração!!!!!!
My experience was incredible, I'm finishing my house and I went to this place by recommendation to make the purchase of electrical materials, when I got there I had the pleasure of being attended by a super attentive guy if I'm not mistaken his name is Nathan, me being a layman and not knowing the technical names of the materials even so he managed to talk to me in my language and besides giving me new ideas that I didn't imagine was possible, I left there fulfilled and with faith that there are still people who are really interested, education and a good preparation to serve the client, whatever he may be, from the professional who knows everything to the layman who is trying hard to make his own house, for me there is no other place, much less another seller!!! it's Nathan in the head! and Goal in the heart!!!!!!
