I will tell you a story here , my car had a problem with the alarm blocker I thought it was the battery , the staff of this company paid tremendous attention , I even think it was the owner and offered me water it was a 34 ° heat , I come here to thank everyone you guys and that grow more and more. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma cozinha industrial e entrei em contato com a empresa para solicitar um orçamento pois vou mudar e preciso fazer tudo novamente, não sei se dará para reaproveitar oq já tenho ou não. Bom essa empresa Metal Flama nem quis saber ao certo de nada, foi bem clara e ja descartou qqer possibilidade, ou fazemos tudo do zero ou não. Nem se quer se preocupou em enviar algum técnico para entender, olhar e fazer um orçamento. Péssimo atendimento, o proprietário deve estar rico, na praia, deixou a empresa na mão de funcionários e está prestando um péssimo atendimento. Tenho novo projeto nova cozinha etc. Atendente nem deu atenção, já se antecipou nem quis entender minha necessidade. Ainda bem….penso se tivesse contrato esse serviço e colocado meu dinheiro suado neles.
I have an industrial kitchen and I contacted the company to request a quote because I'm moving and I need to do it all over again, I don't know if I can reuse what I already have or not. Well, this company Metal Flama didn't even want to know anything for sure, it was very clear and has already ruled out any possibility, or we do everything from scratch or not. Not even bothered to send a technician to understand, look and make a budget. Bad service, the owner must be rich, on the beach, he left the company in the hands of employees and is providing terrible service. I have new project new kitchen etc. The attendant didn't even pay attention, he already anticipated and didn't want to understand my need. Good….I think if I had contracted this service and put my hard-earned money on them.
