★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para fazer algumas compras, mas me dei conta que tinha me esquecido da carteira, a primeira atendente me passou o preço do primeiro item e vi q no dinheiro era mais barato, e resolvi fazer o orçamento para saber quanto q eu traria, mas como no momento era só orçamento, ninguém quis me atender, não me deram atenção e começaram a atender outras pessoas. Chato, tendo em vista o tanto de boas recomendações.

Estou deixando esse relato pq sempre gostei de comprar nesse material, mas essa foi a primeira vez que precisei que entregassem.
Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência, comprei em uma quinta-feira pela manhã para entregar na sexta.
Liguei na sexta com antecedência (por volta de 15:00) pra confirmar se a entrega estava já a caminho (pq estava preocupado) e me informaram que já estava no caminhão.
Liguei novamente as 17:00 (fiquei 8 min em ligação) pq achei estranho não ter chegado ainda e me informaram que só poderiam entregar sábado até meio dia ou na segunda.
E como eu precisava dos produtos pra sábado MUITO cedo, tive que sair correndo e buscar com o carrinho de mão e chegar na loja antes de 17:30 (pq é o horário que fecha), e na volta ainda tomei chuva.
Espero ter uma experiência melhor nas próximas compras.
I HAD TO FIND THE PRODUCTS IN THE WHEEL CART.
I'm leaving this report because I always liked to buy this material, but this was the first time I needed them to deliver.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience, I bought it on a Thursday morning to deliver on Friday.
I called on Friday in advance (around 15:00) to confirm that the delivery was on its way (because I was worried) and they informed me that it was already in the truck.
I called again at 5:00 pm (I was on call for 8 minutes) because I thought it was strange that it hadn't arrived yet and they informed me that they could only deliver until noon or on Monday.
And as I needed the products for Saturday VERY early, I had to run out and get it with the wheelbarrow and arrive at the store before 17:30 (because it closes), and on the way back I still got rain.
Hope to have a better experience on your next purchases.
