★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Empresa bonita, muita variedade de material, mas a atendente morena não dá nenhuma atenção aos clientes. Tentei fazer um orçamento de uma cobertura, ela mal olhou na minha cara, pedi mais detalhes e ela não disse mais nada, fiquei constrangido e fui embora.
I do not recommend. Beautiful company, lots of variety of material, but the brunette attendant doesn't pay any attention to the customers. I tried to make a quote for a penthouse, she barely looked me in the face, I asked for more details and she didn't say anything else, I was embarrassed and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem prazo. Não colocam a fechadura que você entrega e nem o puxador. Empresa desorganizada. Não colocam o portão como o cliente combinou no ato da visita, não visitam posteriormente para conferência, se você cobrar porque estão atrasados, lhe ignoram e lhe atendem mal. O Proprietário é educado quando fecha negocio depois mostra o que realmente é. Até ameaçar trocar murro ameaçou, porque não queria corrigir um erro do funcionário dele. Não recomendo nem ao meu inimigo essa empresa.
They don't meet the deadline. They do not put the lock that you deliver nor the handle. Disorganized company. They do not place the gate as the customer agreed at the time of the visit, they do not visit later for a conference, if you charge because they are late, they ignore you and serve you poorly. The Owner is polite when he closes the deal then shows what he really is. He even threatened to punch me because he didn't want to correct a mistake by his employee. I don't even recommend this company to my enemy.
