★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi feita uma visita técnica às instalações para termos ideia da capacidade e potencial da firma. Achamos o espaço adequado e organizado e, além disso, bem equipados. Enviamos algumas peças para um lote de teste: 6 gavetas metálicas e uma moldura de suporte. O que parecia um bom potencial virou descaso: Não se tem compromisso algum com o cliente, a começar pelo orçamento: levam uma semana dizendo que estará pronto no dia seguinte. Disseram que o problema estava no setor que estava sobrecarregado mas que a produção seria rápida, uns 4-5 dias. Quando finalmente forneceram o orçamento (uma semana depois e com a informação de 10 dias para execução), atrasaram a entrega. Não há sequer aviso. No dia combinado foi pedido a confirmação do serviço e o atendente demorou 10 minutos para saber que o pedido não tinha entrado na linha de produção. Uma nova data foi combinada e, novamente, não foi cumprida. Fizeram isso por 5 vezes. Quando finalmente entregaram, o serviço foi feito parcialmente: não se atentaram para a quantidade de peças no pedido de orçamento. As peças foram entregues dentro das dimensões pedidas mas é um serviço que não vale a pena. Já estamos considerando outras opções em Belo Horizonte, não é possível trabalhar com esse tipo de firma.
A technical visit was made to the premises to get an idea of the firm's capacity and potential. We found the space adequate and organized and, moreover, well equipped. We sent a few pieces for a test batch: 6 metal drawers and a support frame. What seemed like a good potential turned into neglect: There is no commitment to the customer, starting with the budget: they take a week saying it will be ready the next day. They said the problem was in the sector that was overworked but that production would be fast, about 4-5 days. When they finally provided the budget (one week later and with 10 days to execute), they delayed delivery. There is not even warning. On the agreed day, confirmation of the service was requested and the attendant took 10 minutes to know that the order had not entered the production line. A new date has been agreed and again not met. They did it 5 times. When they finally delivered, the service was partially done: no attention was paid to the quantity of parts in the quotation request. The pieces were delivered within the requested dimensions but it is a service that is not worth it. We are already considering other options in Belo Horizonte, it is not possible to work with this type of firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive meu 1º contato com esta "empresa" em março deste ano e a impressão que tive foi de total descaso. Cheguei na recepção, tinha um senhor que mesmo me vendo, não se deu trabalho de me atender. Depois de uns 5 minutos esperando em pé, chegou a recepcionista que sentou à mesa e nem me olhou, perguntei a ela se poderia me atender e ela com aparente má vontade perguntou o que queria, ao expor minhas necessidades, ela se voltou a este senhor que estava sentado atrás e perguntou se ele poderia me atender, ele respondeu que estaria "ocupado". O que mais chamou minha atenção foi, o ocupado dele era estar fazendo palavras cruzadas em um jornal.
Perguntei se tinha outra pessoa que poderia me atender e a recepcionista disse para aguardar.
Sentei e aguardei, quando resolvi desistir indo embora. Depois liguei para me queixar, quando fiquei sabendo que o senhor da palavra cruzada era o dono, perguntei se o dono é assim, então não há com quem me queixar. O retorno que tive da recepcionista era que existia outras empresas que fazem o mesmo serviço no mercado, eu teria a liberdade de busca-las. Lastimável.
I had my first contact with this "company" in March of this year and the impression I had was of total disregard. I arrived at the reception, there was a man who even saw me, did not bother to answer me. After about 5 minutes waiting standing, the receptionist arrived who sat at the table and didn't even look at me, I asked her if she could answer me and she with apparent ill will asked what she wanted, when explaining my needs, she turned to this man who was sitting in the back and asked if he could answer me, he replied that he would be "busy". What caught my attention the most was, he was busy doing crosswords in a newspaper.
I asked if there was someone else who could assist me and the receptionist said to wait.
I sat and waited, when I decided to give up leaving. Then I called to complain, when I heard that the lord of the crossword was the owner, I asked if the owner is like that, so there is no one to complain to. The feedback I got from the receptionist was that there were other companies that do the same service in the market, I would have the freedom to search for them. Regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Liguei para essa empresa para orçar um serviço de corte a laser. Uma tal de Nicole disse que teria que mandar o desenho para eu receber o orçamento. Mandei o email com o desenho e ela me respondeu que eu deveria enviar meus dados cadastrais para poder fazer o orçamento. Qdo enviei todos as informações que ela pediu ela disse que não faziam aquele serviço. Tomaram meu tempo sendo que poderiam falar de imediato que não realizavam o serviço.
Não é a toa que todo mundo reclama.
Bad experience. I called this company to quote a laser cutting service. One Nicole said that she would have to send the drawing for me to receive the quote. I sent the email with the drawing and she replied that I should send my registration data to be able to make the budget. When I sent all the information she asked for, she said they didn't do that service. They took my time as they could immediately say that they did not perform the service.
No wonder everyone complains.
