★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento ao cliente no seu primeiro estágio no pedido deixa muito a desejar, seria bom melhoras, já nos outros setores como no recebimento da nota e despacho das compras atendimento ágio com nota 10, que no meu modo de entender seria o setor ater mas dificuldade mas no entanto é o contrário o mau atendimento fica o início aonde deveria ter um atendimento melhor, pois é a sala de visita onde começa todo o processo. Espero que melhore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boo loja para ferragens de construção em geral. Não indico para compra de parafusos , porcas,etc pelo fato de não serem bem em conta. Também não gostei do atendimento. Constantemente se formam filas e fica meio disperso o atendimento ao cliente. Boas condições de pagamento, inclusive no crédito ou débito.
Boo shop for construction hardware in general. I do not recommend buying screws, nuts, etc. because they are not well taken care of. I also didn't like the service. Queues are constantly forming and customer service is somewhat dispersed. Good payment terms, including credit or debit cards.

Não entregam nota para o consumidor conferir no ato se puseram na nota aquilo que realmente comprou, entregam faltando mercadoria ou mercadoria de marca inferior àquela adquirida. Como disseram noutro comentário: não sei como essa empresa se sustenta com tanta leviandade.
You urgently need a visit from PROCON.
