★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamento um liquidificador de 6l, deu problema na segunda vez que usei, contatei vendedor que me direcionou para a fábrica, que me direcionou pra uma assistência técnica, que não é uma porta aberta, total descaso da fábrica e do técnico, só responde msgs quando querem, equipamento está na “assistência técnica” desde o dia 21/09 pra trocar um mancal e o motor hj dia 10/10 não está pronto e ninguém me responde mais, descasa total com o cliente!
Não recomendo!
Só espero que quando pegar o equipamento não de mais problemas!!!

Equipment a 6l blender, there was a problem the second time I used it, I contacted the salesperson who directed me to the factory, who directed me to a technical assistance, which is not an open door, total neglect of the factory and the technician, they only answer msgs when they want it, the equipment has been in “technical assistance” since the 21/09 to change a bearing and the motor today on the 10/10 is not ready and nobody answers me anymore, it completely disregards the customer!
I do not recommend!
I just hope that when I get the equipment no more problems!!!
Terrible after sale!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um liquidificador que após vencer a garantia deu problema no eixo ,entrei em contato com a fábrica e fui bem atendido ,optei em compra o eixo com eles i eu mesmo desmonte e troquei junto com os rolamentos ,correu tudo certo ,tudo funcionando perfeito ,agradeço o suporte com equipe técnica que me ajudou com as dicas
