Estamos há mais de uma semana esperando alguém vir para fazer medições e sempre dizem que estão vindo, mas nada de chegar.
No fim das contas fizemos o serviço com alguém que sabe trabalhar!
Terrible attendance. They attend as if they were doing them a favor.
We've been waiting for someone for more than a week to make measurements and they always say they're coming, but nothing to come up with.
At the end of the day we did the service with someone who knows how to work!

Comprei um portão com eles (há mais de 6 meses) e no dia da instalação, eles não botaram o "olho mágico" e deixaram o portão sem um "pino" (não sei se esse é o nome exato) na dobradiça. Quando percebi (pois só vi o portão instalado depois), liguei para virem terminar/concertar o serviço que paguei (e paguei à vista), e desde então, eles não querem vir. Já liguei inúmeras vezes, inclusive já marquei várias vezes para irem e no dia não vão.
Engraçado é que pra receber, foram no mesmo dia, mas para terminar o serviço para o qual foram contratados, não vão.
NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM, NÃO FAÇAM SERVIÇO COM ELES.
DISHONEST!!
I bought a gate from them (more than 6 months ago) and on the day of installation, they didn't put the "peephole" and left the gate without a "pin" (I don't know if that's the exact name) on the hinge. When I realized (because I only saw the gate installed later), I called them to finish/fix the service I paid for (and paid in cash), and since then, they don't want to come. I've called numerous times, I've even scheduled several times to go and on the day they don't go.
The funny thing is that to receive, they went on the same day, but to finish the service for which they were hired, they don't go.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
