O atendimento pelo WhatsApp foi horrível, atendente mal educada e muito debochada ainda por cima, passava as informações de qualquer jeito dava pra ver que não gosta do que faz. Desdenhou como se eu fosse uma cliente pequena sem nem saber quanto eu ia comprar. Queria fazer uma compra grande pra abastecer o meu showroom e pra ir para uma feira, porque as peças são realmente lindas mas depois do atendimento decidi desistir da compra. O cliente não tem que ficar implorando por informações, o mínimo é a empresa ter uma política de compras clara para poder entender a forma que a empresa trabalha e poder realizar suas compras. O cliente também merece um atendimento de qualidade e com o mínimo de respeito.
Bad service, I loved the pieces but it took me 4 days trying to be answered. The service via WhatsApp was horrible, the attendant was rude and very debauched on top of that, he passed on the information anyway, you could see that he didn't like what he did. She sneered at me as if I were a small customer not even knowing how much I was going to buy. I wanted to make a big purchase to supply my showroom and to go to a fair, because the pieces are really beautiful but after the service I decided to give up on the purchase. The customer does not have to beg for information, the least is for the company to have a clear purchasing policy so that they can understand the way the company works and be able to make their purchases. The customer also deserves a quality service and with a minimum of respect.
